Kevin is the most closely connected recruiter to the healthcare industry in Ontario: he brings 12 years of pharmaceutical industry experience to Summit Search Group from his own successful career as manager, leader and sales trainer within the industry. He is well versed in interviewing and analyzing talent and identifying candidates with the skills and behaviours necessary to produce strong results. He believes that identifying the best talent and matching them with the appropriate opportunity is key to success. This, combined with an intimate knowledge of the pharmaceutical and medical marketplace in Ontario and the changing dynamics in the healthcare industry, make him a valuable resource to both clients and candidates.
