Account Executive – Field Sales – Windsor/Sarnia/Chatham/London

Position Scope: Reporting to the Sales Leader, the Account Executive will be responsible for nurturing and growing a book of business in the Windsor/Sarnia/Chatham/London area. The successful candidate will bring drive, enthusiasm, and eagerness along with a passion for building relationships.

  • Enjoy developing, preparing, and executing formal presentations that are tailored to meet potential/existing customers’ needs
  • Have experience using a sales force automation tool including updating all sales related activities up to and including customer profiles, sales pipeline, sales calls, reporting closes, etc.
  • Get excited to conduct in person visits and develop clear and effective written proposals and presentations to existing and prospective customers
  • Enjoy researching and analyzing your territory’s sales potential, and determining the value of existing and prospective customers to the organization

 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and execute on the sales and account strategy needed to embed the company’s products and solutions and win new accounts
  • Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the company’s services
  • Work hand in hand to grow revenue and executive on business plans in coordination with other business units

 

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree coupled with at least three (3) years of successful previous experience as a sales representative consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • 2 years (minimum) business-to-business (B2B) experience
  • Outstanding presentation skills, communication and rapport building capabilities
  • Strong experience surrounding contracts/negotiation
