Account Lead – Commercial Building Partnerships – Advertising Sector

Summit Search Group, a leading national recruitment agency, has partnered with our client to recruit for an Account Lead.
Our client is a well-established, leading advertising firm with offices across Canada.
The Account Lead is responsible for maintaining and growing their digital office network inventory across Canada. This is a national role.
We are seeking a confident and client focused person who can develop new business and manage existing client requirements with diplomacy and expedience.

  • Responsible for the expansion of digital network inventory across Canada.
  • Champion the product and its innovation by working collaboratively with the technology and content team.
  • Ensure networks are serving property clients as an amenity. Identify and submit new product requests when updates/changes are recognized at the property level.
  • Identify business growth opportunities through ongoing meetings and presentations to property management companies.
  • Manage new and existing clients with focus on customer service
  • Successfully negotiate contract terms and conditions
  • Track new projects and communicate with clients regarding status, scheduling and timetable
  • Liaise with operations department pertaining to new installations and maintenance
  • Communicate and brief sales teams on new installations and inventory changes.
  • Ensure that all property clients receive regular communication and ongoing training for Content Management System

Education / Experience:

  • University or college degree or related work experience
  • 2+ years of B2B Customer Service or Account Management experience
  • Established relationships/contacts with property management groups would be considered an asset but not required. Training will be provided.
