We are looking for an Assistant Brand Manager to be at the center of all the excitement!

This role will help manage the brand and is a fabulous opportunity to help strategize, develop, and execute marketing plans to continue the growth of a specific portfolio.

As an Assistant Brand Manager, you will be working on a highly visible brands. This role is a great opportunity to grow and develop your marketing experience. You will be involved in brand building projects, and promotional activities, monitoring brand performance and budget management. You will be working daily with cross-functional teams to make your plans come to life with lots of autonomy and support to really thrive.

What you should expect:

Monitor, analyze and report on brand / category performance whilst managing a budget.

Lead the development and implementation of specific parts of the annual communication and activation plan ensuring it is in line with overall strategy. Develop and implement “best in class” launches and promotional activities Collaborate closely with your Category, marketing and Sales colleagues on customer facing initiatives such as category strategies. Play a key role in working cross-functionally with a whole host of stakeholders internally and externally, ensuring the successful implementation of brand plans. For example, sales, category, supply chain, suppliers, packaging and external agencies to name but a few.

As the successful candidate, you will be the champion for the brand throughout the organization so you will need to be passionate, tenacious, results focused and really enjoy working in a highly energetic and exciting environment. You will already have great project management and analytical skills coupled with your highly organized, conscientious approach. Pro-activity, tenacity and enthusiasm are essential, as is your ability to understand and work within a competitive market.

Your already developed marketing experience as a Marketing Assistant or Assistant Brand Manager will give you the experience you need to drive this great brand forward. You will need to bring marketing working experience ideally within a Consumer Goods environment. Have the ability to build great relationships with internal and external stakeholders from various backgrounds and work collaboratively on multiple projects. Be able to showcase excellent communication and project management skills. Be passionate to build and grow brands, with ‘can-do’ attitude and a willingness to challenge the status quo.

Ideally candidate will 2-4 years in an Associate or Assistant Brand Marketing Manager role coupled with a University degree.
