Audio Visual Project Manager

Our client is a leading  Audio/Visual Event Technology company and they are expanding their team in Vancouver.  They are looking to add a Project Manager.
Project Managers are responsible for program delivery, managing cost, client satisfaction and organic sales growth within their client base.  They achieve these results through a blend of production management, client management, and technical event services delivery.
The Project Manager performs a lead role in client interactions once an account has been established by the Sales Team.  During the sales process, the Project Manager performs a support role in client interactions.

  • Advanced planning (absolute understanding of event goals) with Account Manager, client & internal staff to recommend proper AV solutions
  • Develop solutions and technical and configurations to efficiently satisfy the client’s needs as sold
  • Enhance customer ties by defining opportunities and introducing additional products and services – grow the account organically
  • Liaise with client and venue staff for event details as required
  • Lead the installation, troubleshooting, and dismantle of equipment on show site
  • Provide expertise and guidance to our client
  • Act as crew lead on event site
  • Create production schedule & floor plan
  • Coordinates all logistical and technical activities (hotel, rigging, power, etc.)
  • Create floor plans, source equipment, invoice the client, manage vendors


  • Technical leadership experience on a variety of events
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Valid driver’s license and insurance
