Bilingual Customer Service Associate

Our client is a leader in the factory automation industry.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Maintain Customer Information accurately.
• Represent our client as the first point of contact for customers.
• Receiving incoming phone calls from Customers and Colleagues.
• Work as part of the Customer Service Team to respond to emails from Customers and colleagues.
• Communicating with the customer by email and telephone to confirm order details and resolve queries.
• Quotation Processing.
• Support the Sales Team.
• Communicate with other departments to share relevant information.
• Manage confidential data and information. Assists office administrator for quotation and order entry.
• Order Processing.
• Assist with other responsibilities as needed.

Experience and Requirements: 

• 1-3 years in a customer service role.
• Bilingualism (French/English) is required.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks, activities, and projects for timely completion.
• Active listening skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain pleasant interpersonal relationships primarily over the phone and emails.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft office platforms.
