Are you a forward-thinking, driven leader with extensive commercial business and management experience? My client needs a highly motivated Branch Manager to lead their sales and operations divisions for Atlantic Canada! The incumbent should reside in Saint John or Moncton, New Brunswick or in Halifax, Nova Scotia and some travel (20%) will be required. The Branch Manager would be responsible for the branch’s administration, sales, service and installations as well as coaching and leading staff.
My client is a highly successful industrial company with locations across Canada and a worldwide presence! The incumbent would be responsible for achieving operational and profit goals, managing customer relationships and ensuring regional compliance to company policies. The position would also include preparing the branch’s annual budget, preparing and submitting time sensitive reports, and promoting the company’s products and services.
To be successful in this role, preference is for a post-secondary degree in a business or technical discipline (or equivalent) as well as at least 8 years of commercial business experience, 5 of which includes management, strategic planning and budgeting. In addition, you should be detail orientated, adaptable and have excellent interpersonal skills!
