Business Development Manager – Fleet Management

Our client is one of Canada’s largest fleet management companies and they are looking for a seasoned sales professional to lead service and sales within their B2B environment as a Business Development Manager. This sales professional will be results oriented and will thrive in a fast-paced, revenue driven environment, as well as have a proven track record of success in sales.

Responsibilities:
• Manage a designated territory to prospect new business relationships and service existing clients
• Articulate the company’s competitive advantage to key decision makers
• Actively manage the relationships of key strategic B2B accounts
• Raise awareness of various products and services the company has to offer
• Follow-up on leads from the various sales support teams
• Work with cross functional teams to ensure proper entry of customer orders, timely delivery of hardware to customers and when necessary, conduct hardware training

Requirements:
• More than 3 years of experience in a B2B sales hunter role
• Confident in prospecting new business through research and networking
• Strong interpersonal skills and thrives in a highly customer centric environment
• Solution oriented with the desire and competitive edge to sell
