Business Development Representative (+/- $65K Base, +/- $100K OTE)

Our great industrial client is looking to add a highly driven Business Development Representative to their team to sell material handling equipment. As a key member of the BC team, you will be provided all the necessary training and resources to be successful in your role.

They are primarily in the warehouse business and are an extremely well-established company that stands behind 6 decades of business success.

At this time they are looking for money-oriented folks that thrive on seeking out new opportunities, landing new accounts, and will run the role like their own business.

This role consists of a competitive base salary, a strong bonus/commission program with GREAT earning potential, and an excellent opportunity for financial and career growth.

Compensation Package

You will be paid a Base Salary of +/- $65K and 1st year On Target Earnings of +/- $100K. A company car provided along with comprehensive benefits.

Must-Haves

You have at least 2 years of outside B2B sales experience and are a solid hunter that’s not afraid of knocking on doors. You are strong at acquiring new business through prospecting activities. You have a proven record of meeting and/or exceeding sales targets.
