Business Development Representative-New Graduates!!

Our client is a strong player in the software industry who have seen exceptional growth over the last few years. The Business Development Representative works on identifying opportunities within our client’s large supplier network. You will have a significant impact on the growth of our client’s business through new customer acquisition, interaction with their leadership team and scaling pipelines to meet the growth plans.

This role provides a fantastic opportunity to learn and sharpen your sales skills. You will be supported and encouraged to grow by learning from industry leaders and utilizing a world-class technology toolbox. We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter who is driven by performance and hungry to develop their career within this company!

 Key responsibilities:

  • Drive pipeline growth by scheduling qualified appointments with Account Executives.
  • Engage with top compliance leaders to drive growth.
  • Follow guidance set out by corporate security policies and standards.
  • Manage and monitor your work using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool.
  • Qualify leads, as well as prospect into ideal prospective companies.
  • Participate in weekly meetings and articulate market feedback.
  • Ensure departmental security processes and procedures are followed where applicable.
  • Other duties as required.

 Education and Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education, College or University.
  • Persistent and motivated to succeed.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Goal oriented.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Passion for continuous learning.
  • Hungry to win everyday.
