Business Relationship Manager

Our Client is a Global Leader in IT. We are seeking a Senior Account Manager/Business Relationship Manager.


• Providing support for clients by learning about and satisfying their needs.
• identifying opportunities and presenting / demonstrating the value of services to customer.
• Monitor opportunity status and maintain up to date CRM data.
• Thorough understanding of MSA obligations and proactively adhere / coordinate to ensure adherence to all obligations.
• Thorough understanding of the SOW scope & obligations and ensure all obligations are adhered to. Proactively manage renewals, new SOW creation, Change Order creation etc.
• Coordinate with onsite & offshore teams to continuously monitor, review and maintain sound delivery health. Coordinate with Offshore Delivery Manager to review, monitor and ensure sound delivery health.
• Monitor and control staffing to avoid adverse impact to cost & profitability.
• Own and ensure that solicited and unsolicited proactive proposals are of high quality.
• Ownership of monitoring, maintaining and proactively taking steps to ensure account metrics (financial and non-financial) are healthy. Proactively escalate risks and undertake measures to de-risk them. Maintain and provide (on demand) various metrics to unit PMO.

Skills & Experience:
• A minimum of 10 years of total experience out of which:
– 5 years in Account Management
– 2 years in bid management
– 1 year in sales preferred
• The drive and energy to manage multiple priorities while looking for new opportunities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong presentation skills
• Ability to understand client needs and map it with organizational capabilities.
• Strong time management skills.
