Our client, Petcurean Pet Nutrition, is looking to hire a Customer Care Manager to join their team! Petcurean is known for their incredible work culture, and the people who work there are fun, outgoing, active, and love pets even if some don’t have them.

As a key member of the Marketing team, the Customer Care Manager is responsible for upholding and enhancing Petcurean’s commitment to best-in-class customer care through the execution of Petcurean’s customer care strategy. Working with both internal and external stakeholders, this role requires strong leadership, time management and communication skills.

This role reports to the VP, Sales & Marketing, North America and will have a strong working relationship with the Marketing, Nutrition and Sales team members.

The position will be based out of their Head Office in Chilliwack, BC. However, depending on where you live, there is potential for this role to work from home 2 days/week and working out of the office 3 days/week.

*Due to the current COVID situation, this will be a remote working role until further notice.
