 The Opportunity: Customer Service Representative – Personal Lines

Reporting to the Personal Lines Operations Manager, the successful candidate will provide a high level of ongoing service to a diverse clientele including, but not limited to:

  • Providing service to an assigned book of business
  • Maintain client accounts, remarket policies, promote insurance coverage offerings
  • Mitigate errors and omissions through self and team auditing
  • Prepare and present quotes for prospects and clients – close the sale
  • Manage client complaints and concerns
  • Handle suppliers requests for information
  • Review and service quarterly Expiries and Missed Renewals
  • Collect insurance payments for Agency/Direct Billing

 The Right Person:    

In addition to your ability to work within a team, you must also be able to work independently and accomplish results required to provide the ultimate experience for the client.

We are seeking someone who is positive and friendly as you will be interacting with a host of clients who rely on you for your accuracy and responsiveness.

The Required Experience:    

One year plus Property and Casualty insurance experience. Must have a University Degree for College Diploma. Willing to obtain or working toward their CIP or CAIB designation. Extensive customer service experience. Someone who is detail oriented, customer service focused and goal oriented.
