Director of Sales – B2B – Toronto

Our client is currently recruiting for a hands-on leader who has a proven blend of coaching, managing and motivation with proven leadership, selling and closing skills. You bring a minimum of 10 years of sales leadership experience in a B2B, consultative sales environment coupled with a track record for direct selling. An undergraduate degree in business or a related discipline is a ‘must’. This is fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in highly competitive sales environment.

In this role you will be motivating, developing and coaching your sales team to achieve and surpass revenue targets. You are an outstanding communicator and presenter with business acumen and experience at senior organizational levels who can transfer that knowledge to a sales team. You project high energy, enthusiasm and the drive to succeed, and have proven success in motivating others to results.
