Field Sales Executive

Our client is a leading global provider of innovative medical technologies which develops, manufactures, and markets devices to dermatologists or plastic surgeons.

They are looking to add an Field Sales Executive with at least 2 or up to 5 years of FIELD sales experience.  You are driven, willing to travel and put in some seriously hard (and rewarding) work, learn a ton and is excited for an opportunity with a fantastic and quickly growing company in an innovative space.

Position Summary:

The Field Sales Executive is responsible for generating revenue and executing sales methods in Orange County.  Your responsibilities include presenting products to potential clients, identifying specific consumer characteristics, and recommending ways to promote and sell their products. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication abilities and be highly motivated to meet sales goals.

The successful candidate enjoys and thrives in an EXTREMELY fast-paced, on the go, work environment, can juggle multiple time sensitive processes at once and possess a can-do, what-more-can-I-learn, how-can-I-help attitude.

The Ask:

  • Generate sales leads by cold calling on dermatologists or plastic surgeons as well as other physicians in the Territory.
  • Maintain and manage a substantial lead pipeline
  • Meeting or exceed quarterly sales targets.
  • Identify local business opportunities and challenges
  • Achieve minimum sales quota requirements as established by the Company
  • Satisfy all the Company’s Customer Care and Finance requirements as established;
  • Provide timely reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually to the Regional Sales Director regarding status of each lead and sales opportunity in pipeline through the CRM database.
  • Attend and promote workshops and support programs for the Territory in conjunction with the other sales managers, marketing, and clinical departments of the Company; Provide needed sales support at all sales events.
  • Maintain a high level of understanding of the applications and performance of the Company’s products.

Frequent travel within your territory and occasionally outside of is a requirement of this role.

 What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 3+ year’s experience in a field sales role
  • Proven track record in sales
  • Exceptional organization skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines and work well under pressure
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite; Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Ability to work extended hours, evenings and weekends occasionally as needed.
  • Experience with CRM tools; SalesForce- required
  • Medical device or laser experience- a plus
