Inside Account Executive, Client Services

Our client is a national marketing firm, currently looking to hire a fully bilingual (100% fluent in French) Inside Account Executive located in Calgary (ideally) or Toronto to support their growing portfolio across Canada.

This role will primarily involve the direct account management of over 100 client relationships. You will be the primary contact for these clients and will work to manage the life cycle of the relationship post-sale, including on-boarding, day-to-day support, and contract renewal or exit.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate launch process with any new inside account management Partners
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with clients
• Assess Partner needs or opportunities and create plan for their program
• Work with Partners to implement program plan
• Lead campaign coordination, including brand and legal creative approvals
• Review and evolve program plan, as needed
• General Partner Admin support/help
• Internal account management responsibilities, including revenue and portfolio performance tracking/reporting
• Manage renewal process with Partners
• Support inbound lead response and schedule appointments for reps
• Targeted outbound calling

Requirements:
• 3+ years of previous account management experience
• Client service experience, preferably in a marketing-role
• Must be bilingual (English/French)
• Excellent communication & presentation skills, both written and verbal
• The ability to prioritize and manage several different tasks at once
• Attention to detail & systematic
• Versed in Microsoft Office products, including PPT, Excel, Word, Outlook
