Summit Search Group is pleased to partner with our client, a national firm specializing in Employee Benefits Consulting Services.

Our client services businesses, professionals, manufacturers and local governments, national and international organizations, and groups and associations. As their firm is experiencing substantial growth, we are recruiting a Senior Benefits Consultant to join their team in Winnipeg, and to provide a full range of consulting services to small, mid-size and large clients.

Role Responsibilities

Reporting the the President, the successful candidate will be responsible for producing new business through networking and relationship building, negotiating competitive terms, conditions and benefits with service providers, and providing an exceptional client experience. The successful candidate is an entrepreneur, driven and motivated. The Senior Benefits Consultant will work independently, and alongside a team, building strong relationships with our clients in a proactive, consultative manner.

Desired Skills + Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in Employee Benefits Account Management experience or in a related field.
  • Professional designation such as GBA, LLQP etc.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or Actuarial Science, or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent presentation, written, communication & customer service skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
