The Microsoft Account Manager is tasked with coordinating and executing the Microsoft sales strategy across the BC sales representatives. By utilizing strong Account Management skills you will further entrench Microsoft Solutions into customer accounts.

Microsoft Account Manager Responsibilities:

  • Managing Microsoft Enterprise Agreement Renewals
  • Managing a pipeline of Sales Opportunities
  • Providing Pre-Sales Support to Sales Reps & Customers on Microsoft Licensing & Solutions
  • Identifying new Enterprise Agreement Prospects
  • Delivering product road-map, licensing and financial content to customers
  • Act as a Sales Overlay with the BC Sales Teams to drive Microsoft based revenue

As our ideal candidate you’ll also have:

  • Understanding of Microsoft eco-system
  • 3-5 years of Microsoft related sales experience
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent customer-facing presentation skills
  • Experience solving complex customers problems through analysis
  • The ability and experience in training and mentoring others
  • Ability to interact and communicate at the Executive level
  • Experience developing strategy and tactics to meet business objectives
  • The desire to be competitive and refuse to lose!
