About the Position
You will be reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Operations and will be responsible to plan and organize linehaul operations out of their Montreal office. This role will require you to improve service and implement a cost effective strategy within a safe work environment. This is a real hands on approach and looking for an Operations Manager who will plan, monitor and report on daily activities.
About the Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Bilingual (French and English)
- 4 years’ experience in a business environment, preferably in the Transportation industry.
- Valid Passport
- Obtain A-Z License/Class 1 within 3 months of hire.
- EXCEL or LEAP Endorsed
- Ability to lift 70lbs.
- Highly motivated individual and ability to motivate others is a must.
