Pharmaceutical Sales Representative

Summit Search Group is pleased to partner with a global leader in the pharmaceutical field. The current job opening is for a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative based in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

The Pharmaceutical Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic business plan aligned with the company’s objectives. This individual will also be responsible for providing support and medical education at a variety of phases throughout the cycle to relevant stakeholders. The Pharmaceutical Sales Representative will continually refine their technical skills, and build high-level relationships with Key Opinion Leaders in various therapeutic area.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree, in addition to a strong B2B experience.  The ideal candidate will possess a patient-centric attitude, as well as a background in more consultative-type selling.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in life science or business
  • Minimum of 2 – 5 years of B2B sales experience
  • Must be results orientated; assertive and self-motivated, and poses strong organizational skills to be able to achieve goals consistently.
  • Professional selling and presentation skills to be able to influence multiple levels.
  • Excellent negotiation skills to close sales and meet gross profit targets.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills to communicate effectively with customers, customer service and different levels of internal and external customers.
  • Must have analytical skills and intellectual ability to develop ideas, products and solutions, apply creative thinking, prepare a business plan and report quantitative data.
