Part Time Autopac Insurance Broker 

18-month Term

We are actively recruiting  a part-time Autopac Insurance Broker to take on an 18 month maternity leave. This is an ideal opportunity for those insurance professionals who are looking to commit to 20 hours per week. As an Autopac Customer Service Representative you are responsible for delivering excellent customer service to our clients as well as developing your knowlege in Personal Lines.

Responsibilities will be:

• Process Autopac and Drivers’ Licensing transactions
• Sell Travel Insurance

As the ideal candidate you possess:
• Minimum 6 months experience
• FOI with IWS certification within the last 12 months is required
• Flexible, able to work 20-40 hours per week, willing to work Saturdays
• Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
• Strong Attention to detail
• Ability to deal with people sensitively, diplomatically and professionally
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly
• Genuinely enjoy working with the public
• TAM experience is an asset
