Receptionist & Customer Support Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Perform reception duties which include: greeting visitors and employees, answering phones, conference room scheduling, and various administrative functions
  • Answer incoming consumer emails/phone calls
  • Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
  • Typing correspondence, filing, copying, data entry, word processing, sending and receiving faxes, sorting mail and other administrative tasks as assigned
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail
  • Order entry of warranty replacements
  • Assist in customer support/service inquiries
  • Order food for meetings/events
  • Order office supplies
  • Perform other tasks as assigned

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 – 3 years customer service or related experience
  • Computer literate with a high degree of proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite of products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Professional demeanor;
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written;
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment;
  • Competency in performing multiple functional tasks
