SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE

Purpose of Role

  • As part of a new role within the organization this role is responsible for developing beneficial leasing referral relationships with clients and prospective clients.

 
Major Accountabilities
 

  • Placing calls to active, inactive, and prospective clients to understand their leasing requirements.
  • Providing leads to direct sales team
  • Liaise with colleagues in sales, marketing, and operations.
  • Document results of customer interactions in CRM for future follow up.
  • Regular maintenance of client databases / daily transactional reporting.

Work Experience/ Education
 

  • College Diploma or equivalent work experience
  • 1+ Years of related experience.
  • Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
