Summit Search Group has partnered with a dynamic, and progressive global social media services company to grow their team. Together, we are recruiting a performance-driven and experienced Senior Sales Executive/VP of Sales  who will be responsible for strategic partnerships, revenue growth and new client acquisition. This is a global company, and this opportunity is remote.

As a Senior Sales Executive,  you have deep knowledge of fostering both client and internal relationships. You manage and grow your lead pipeline, with the collaborative support of sales development qualifiers. You develop and deliver strategic proposals and recommendations that align with the goals and objectives of your prospects. You enjoy the thrill of meeting a new prospect – and you celebrate with your team when you close a new team. The Senior Sales Executive works with a sales and marketing team, and reports to the Chief Revenue Officer.

What You’ll Do :

  • Achieve growth and meet monthly sales targets by successfully managing prospect meetings and fostering opportunities
  • Own KPI objectives, performance, and monitoring of your sales pipeline
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with clients to understand their business objectives and presenting strategic solutions. We value longevity of our clients.
  • Be a foundational support to build a team of Sales Development Coordinators to help prospect, qualify based on defined persona, and close new business. This position will be closely tied with your Marketing colleagues, who set meeting, opportunity and revenue targets.
  • Being fully aware and entrenched in social media services, trends, and best practices

What You Bring: 

  • Proven senior experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Experience working within social media or marketing services.
  • Healthcare, Pharmaceutical or regulatory experience is an asset.
  • A commitment to continuing education through company provided support, as well as independent personal growth
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Strong sense of account ownership and pride in work.

Your Background: 

  • Professional Experience: 5+ years of demonstrated career progression in a similar capacity, preferably within the sales of the digital/social media industry.
  • Proven experience exceeding sales targets of at least $2-3 million in revenue annually
  • Experience developing and implementing successful sales strategies
  • Ability to manage tight timelines, collaborate with other departments virtually, with the confidence to take the lead and guide other employees when necessary.
  • Ability to work in a virtual/remote work environment
