Service & Warranty Specialist


Our client, a national equipment distributor, is currently looking for a Service & Warranty Specialist to join their Calgary team. In this role, you will primarily manage the Service Department and be the liaison between the customer and the Parts, Management, or Sales team as required.


  • Receive and manage service calls by dispatching the appropriate technicians to address customers’ equipment concerns
  • Submit all details and updates of service called in the ERP software
  • Follow-up with technicians to ensure work was completed on time; follow-up with customers to ensure the work done was completed to their satisfaction
  • Handle all customer concerns, inquiries, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Determine eligibility of service calls for warranty claims
  • Review third-party service technicians’ invoices for accuracy and completeness
  • Create and send service invoices; make collection calls as required


  • Minimum high school diploma (postsecondary diploma is an asset)
  • 2+ years of customer service/retail industry experience
  • Ability to multitask and work with tight deadlines
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office
