SMB Account Executive (SaaS)

Position: SMB Account Executive (SaaS)
Compensation: OTE $110k
Location: Vancouver
Our client is a leader in news-gathering and professional communications software.  They are looking to add a SMB Account Executive.  Your primary focus will be managing and growing SMB accounts and developing net new business
 Responsibilities Include

  • Build funnel
  • Identify prospects and opportunities within the assigned territory
  • Determine needs through questioning techniques in order to recommend specific services, products and solutions.
  • Strategically plan client/prospect visits to cultivate relationships, perform presentations, offer innovative programs to help enhance the client’s communication plans
  • Implement sales strategies/call prioritization to achieve revenue targets
  • Over-achieve on KPI’s and attain Quota


  • Bachelors Degree (or equivalent)
  • Minimum of 2 years SaaS sales full cycle sales experience.
  • Experience either selling to or working in the Marketing, Social Media and PR/IR space.
  • Proven track record that can be validated.
  • Experience in a complex sales environment.
  • Very STRONG Social Media skills
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Fluency in English & French, written and oral is an asset.
